Blanca Quintero has worked in the beer industry for over 10 years. Her passion for craft beer led to a career in the industry and she’s striving to help others achieve the same. She is a Certified Cicerone® and worked for Stone Brewing and Firestone Walker before landing at Highland Park Brewery. She has experience in Retail, Marketing, Sales, Beer Education, and Management. In 2018 she took over the Pink Boots Society Los Angeles chapter which led to her eventually joining the Board of Directors and is now the current President. Building resources and opportunities for fellow BIWOC and non binary individuals is at the crux of her mission to empower folks to pursue their passion and break barriers.

Cambria Findley-Grubb is the Co-Founder of Beer Cat Consulting, providing social media and digital marketing support to breweries in Los Angeles and Orange County. With a nearly decade of experience in digital media and an emphasis in web design and digital analytics, 2 years ago Cambria transformed her passion for drinking beer into marketing beer with the help of her trusty beer-loving cats, Birmingham and Kara, also known as LA Beer Cats. Cambria’s passion for elevating women and non-binary individuals in the craft beer scene can be seen through the Women In Beer profiles on HoppedLA.

Adrianne fell in love with beer while working at Kinetic Brewing Company in her home town of Lancaster, CA. She started shadowing brewing on her days off, and shortly after accepted a cellar position brewing and packaging at Bravery Brewing. After a few years, she moved to Los Angeles for brewing positions, and is now “at an amazing brewery with the best people.”

Amber is a seasoned brewer with seven years experience in the craft beer industry in Los Angeles. Her passion for craft beer began while working in the service industry through college, from which she has a Fine Arts Degree “but beer pays the bills now.” She enjoys Lagers but a good Pale Ale holds a special place in her heart.

Annie has been a member of Pink Boots Society since 2013. She’s worked in all aspects of breweries and liquor stores over the past 10+ years. She’s been a chapter leader, started chapters, and helped out on the collaboration brew day committee for Pink Boots Society. Currently she is brewing at Monkish Brewing in Torrance, CA. When she’s not there, she can be found spending time with her husband & dog, hiking, and probably sipping on a lager somewhere.

Emily is the General Manager at 14 Cannons Brewing Co. and has been working in the craft beer industry for the past three years. She is passionate about staff development and customer education and loves building community through craft beer. With a background in Environmental Conservation and Management, she enjoys exploring the ways to develop sustainability and environmentalism in craft beer spaces. Emily is working towards achieving Certified Cicerone status in the near future and is excited to be more closely with the cabinet of the Pink Boots Society LA.

Kelly has been in the role of Creative Director of Los Angeles Ale Works for over one year, and as nearly two decades of experience in graphic design, website development, photography and social media marketing. She is an active member of the Los Angeles chapter of the Pink Boots Society and covers the craft beer scene under the website/social media account “Girls Who Like Beer.”
Kimberly Rice
Head Brewer and Director of Brewery Options at Sage Vegan Bistro
Kimberly has helped grow the Sage Brews brand since its inception in 2017. With an eye on sustainability, she focuses on brewing locally and seasonally. Along with their regenerative, organic farm (Sow-A-heart farm in Fillmore) Kimberly has been able to create adventurous beer, kombucha, cola and seltzer that works for both the market and mother earth. Women owned and brewed, Sage now has 4 locations: Echo Park, Culver City, Pasadena and Agoura Hills. Kimberly is also an active member and Los Angeles chapter co- lead of the Pink Boots Society.
Mallory Jackson
Chapter Leader of Pink Boots Los Angeles
Mallory shifted her decade-long career in the music industry to the craft beer world when she joined Frogtown Brewery as their first employee, helping to establish the brewery’s operations. As Frogtown’s General Manager for nearly six years, she gained valuable experience in brewery management and honed her skills in creating positive workplace cultures. Recently she founded Craft Culture Shift, a boutique HR consulting company that specializes in helping small and medium-sized hospitality businesses develop people-first cultures that promote safe and inclusive environments for all.
Michelle Stanbury
Assistant Brewer/Taproom Manager at Trustworthy Brewing
Burbank born and raised, Michelle started at Trustworthy in 2019 as the taproom manager and head of sales. She now splits her time in the location as an assistant brewer and taproom manager. As a Black queer woman, she never thought she’d end up in the beer industry “because I never really saw anyone like myself working in it.” Encouraged by her best friend, she is has loved her three years at Trustworthy and looks forward to growing in the industry.

Monique is a Home Brewer, Certified Cider Maker, and proud judge of the Portland Cider Cup. She is gearing up to have the first Black Woman owned Cidery in California.
